Q. What is the process of chartering a vessel?

A. The company’s team of dedicated sales and charter brokers, charter marketing agents, yacht managers, marketing specialists and staff all share a genuine passion for being at sea and collectively possess a range of experience and knowledge far beyond anyone else in the industry . Please contact anyone of our support members and we will walk you through the simple process .

Q. Can you make arrangements to bring us to the boat and back to our hotel?

A. Yes. We always look forward to assisting you in any way possible. If you need help getting to the boat on your charter day, we can provide transportation with some advanced notice. If choosing to come on your own, simply give your driver the name and or address of your destination.

Q. Do you provide toys for water activities?

A. Yes. Most of our vessels carry various water toys, and if by some chance we don’t stalk what you are requesting then we will do our best to acquire your requested item on the day of your charter. Extra items may come at an additional cost, but most of what is stocked comes at no additional price.

Q. Are the charters catered?

A. All charters are catered, and can be served with cash bar and food as well. If your requests are specific, we just ask for prior notice so as to best accommodate you.

Q. Can we bring our own drinks?

A. Yes. You can provide your own beverages especially if you have specific taste. At Seattle Yacht Charters Daily, we always serve complimentary soft drinks, water and have a cash bar for alcoholic beverages.

Q. What if I have to cancel my charter?

A. A refund of 100% is given if there is a cancellation due to weather being too harsh to go out. This is usually determined by the Captain. Any other request for refund must be given with at least 2-weeks’ notice.

Q. What is a Half Day Charter and a Full Day Charter?

A. Half Days are when the yacht is chartered for 4 hours and Full Days are 8 hours. We typically charge by the hour, and in the event that you want to extend your outing this shouldn’t be a problem but may come at a small additional cost.

Q. What about referrals?

A. A large portion of our business comes from referrals, and as a way of showing our appreciation we provide a 10% credit on your next charter.
